1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using MeetWithMe.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

2. Definitions

"MeetWithMe.ai" means the website, application, and related services operated by us.

"Account Owner" means the individual or legal entity that creates an account for the Service and has primary administrative control over that account, including billing, settings, user access, and management.

"User" or "Host" means an individual authorized by the Account Owner to use the Service to coordinate meetings.

"Invitee" or "Guest" means any person who interacts with a User's scheduling link or booking page, whether or not they have an account.

"Content" means information submitted, generated, or made available through the Service (for example, meeting preferences, messages, titles, locations, availability rules, and scheduling details).

"Input" means any Content a User provides specifically for use with the Service's AI features.

"Output" means any AI-generated response, recommendation, or suggestion produced by the Service based on Input.

"Third-Party Services" means external services you connect to or that are used to deliver the Service (including calendar providers, conferencing tools, hosting, and payment processors).

3. Description of the Service

MeetWithMe.ai provides a web-based AI scheduling assistant accessible via a shareable link. The Service assists Users in coordinating meeting times with Invitees, generating scheduling suggestions, and, where enabled, creating or updating calendar events through connected Third-Party Services. The Service is intended to assist with scheduling workflows only and does not guarantee meeting outcomes, attendance, or the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

4. Account Registration, Ownership, and Security

The individual or entity that registers an account is the Account Owner. The Account Owner controls the account and is responsible for all activity conducted through the account, including activity by authorized Users, delegates, or team members.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep such information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all access to and use of the Service under your account. MeetWithMe.ai is not responsible for internal disputes between an Account Owner and its Users.

If an account is created using a company email address or on behalf of an organization, MeetWithMe.ai may treat the organization as the Account Owner and may transfer administrative control of the account to an authorized representative of that organization.

5. Invitees and Shared Links

Users may generate and share scheduling links. Invitees may provide information such as name, email address, meeting preferences, and other details through the booking interface. Users are responsible for how they share links and for ensuring that any information they request from Invitees is appropriate and lawful.

Should you ask Invitees to submit sensitive personal information, you do so at your own discretion and responsibility, and you are solely responsible for ensuring such collection is lawful, appropriate, and compliant with applicable data protection laws.

6. AI Assistance, AI Features, and Scheduling Limitations

MeetWithMe.ai uses automation and AI to propose scheduling options and assist with coordination. You acknowledge that:

  • Suggestions are based on information available to the Service at the time and may be incomplete or outdated.
  • Conflicts may occur due to delays, sync failures, permission limits, incorrect settings, or Third-Party Service outages.
  • Users remain responsible for verifying meeting details (including time zones, attendees, locations, and conferencing links) before relying on them.

AI Features. You are responsible for any Input you provide to the AI features, including ensuring that your use of AI features complies with these Terms and applicable laws. MeetWithMe.ai will treat Input as Content.

Certain AI features may generate Output. You acknowledge and agree that Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or false. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and determining the suitability of any Output before using or relying on it, and for ensuring that your use of Output complies with applicable laws and regulations. MeetWithMe.ai does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any Output.

MeetWithMe.ai does not provide professional advice and is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

7. Reliance on Information Posted

Any information made available through the Service, including content on our website, help pages, FAQs, blogs, documentation, or AI-generated outputs, is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep such information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties regarding its completeness, accuracy, or reliability. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

8. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

MeetWithMe.ai may offer free, trial, and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) unless canceled.

  • Non-refundable fees: Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused features, downgrades, or early termination.
  • Taxes: Fees are exclusive of all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes.
  • Price changes: We may change fees or pricing structures with reasonable prior notice. Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment failure: If payment cannot be processed when due, access to the Service may be suspended or limited until payment is received.

8.1 Promotional Codes and Coupons

A. Eligibility


Promotional or coupon codes ("Promo Codes") are available to new users only, unless expressly stated otherwise. A "new user" means an individual or entity that has not previously created an account or held an active or trial subscription with MeetWithMe.ai.

B. Geographic Availability

Promo Codes may be limited to specific countries or regions, depending on the campaign. Where geographic restrictions apply, they will be disclosed at the time of issuance or redemption. MeetWithMe.ai reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the user's billing address or other reasonable indicators.

C. Redemption Limits and Validity

Each Promo Code is subject to its own redemption limits and validity period, which may include:

  • a fixed end date, or
  • a limited number of total redemptions, or
  • withdrawal at MeetWithMe.ai's discretion.
  • Promo Codes that are not redeemed within the applicable validity period will expire automatically and have no value thereafter.

D. Subscription Plans and Tier Changes

Promo Codes may apply only to specific subscription tiers (for example, Plus or Premium) and may not apply to Free plans unless explicitly stated.
If a user upgrades or downgrades between tiers:

  • the Promo Code will apply only to the eligible tier(s), and
  • any unused promotional value may be forfeited, unless otherwise stated in the applicable campaign terms.

E. Non-Transferability and Abuse Prevention

Promo Codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be resold or shared.
MeetWithMe.ai reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or invalidate any Promo Code where misuse, abuse, or circumvention is suspected, including but not limited to:

  • creating multiple accounts to redeem promotions,
  • self-referrals or automated sign-ups, or
  • any activity intended to unfairly benefit from promotional offers.

F. Billing, Taxes, and Refunds

Promo Codes apply only to subscription fees and do not affect applicable taxes, which are calculated on the discounted amount unless required otherwise by law.
Promo Codes do not override MeetWithMe.ai's non-refund policy. Any unused promotional value is forfeited upon cancellation, termination, or expiration of the subscription.

G. Modification or Termination of Promotions

MeetWithMe.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional campaign, Promo Code, or related terms at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in prohibited activities including, without limitation:

  • reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code;
  • unauthorized automated access (bots, scrapers, crawlers) other than supported interfaces;
  • interfering with security or operation of the Service or networks;
  • introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code;
  • sending spam, phishing, or deceptive communications to Invitees;
  • violating data protection, anti-spam, or other applicable laws;
  • infringing or violating third-party rights;
  • impersonation or misrepresentation; or
  • abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable conduct.

We may monitor usage and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, for violations.

10. Content, Data Ownership, and Feedback

You retain ownership of your Content. By using the Service, you grant MeetWithMe.ai a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Content solely to operate, maintain, support, and improve the Service and to comply with applicable law.

Feedback.

If you send or transmit any communications, materials, feedback, suggestions, ideas, enhancements, or recommendations to MeetWithMe.ai relating to the Service ("Feedback"), you agree that MeetWithMe.ai may use such Feedback without restriction, attribution, or compensation. You hereby irrevocably assign to MeetWithMe.ai all right, title, and interest in and to any intellectual property rights embodied in such Feedback, and acknowledge that MeetWithMe.ai is free to use or not use such Feedback for any purpose.

11. Consent to Receive Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from MeetWithMe.ai relating to the Service, including transactional, security, and administrative messages. You may opt out of non-essential communications where such options are provided.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

Except for your Content, the Service and all associated intellectual property rights, including software, algorithms, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, logos, audio, video, trademarks, service marks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to MeetWithMe.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service as expressly set out in these Terms. You must not remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices.

13. Trademarks

"MeetWithMe.ai", the MeetWithMe logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of MeetWithMe.ai or its licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other marks are the property of their respective owners.

14. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service may integrate with Third-Party Services. By connecting such services, you authorize MeetWithMe.ai to access relevant data strictly to operate the Service. MeetWithMe.ai does not control and is not responsible for Third-Party Services, including their availability, accuracy, security, changes, or outages.

15. Availability, Updates, and Beta Features

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service. Features may be modified, discontinued, or offered as beta or experimental features at any time.

16. Suspension and Termination

MeetWithMe.ai may, at its sole discretion and without liability, suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if: (a) you violate these Terms; (b) your use of the Service poses a security, legal, regulatory, or operational risk; (c) required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or governmental request; or (d) we discontinue the Service or any part of it. We may also terminate accounts for convenience with reasonable notice where practicable. Termination or suspension does not entitle you to any refund of fees already paid.

17. Limited Warranty

MeetWithMe.ai warrants that it will provide the Service using commercially reasonable care consistent with generally accepted industry standards.

18. Disclaimers

Except for the limited warranty above, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetWithMe.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, MeetWithMe.ai's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you to MeetWithMe.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MeetWithMe.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Content or Input, including any claim that such Content infringes or violates the rights of a third party; (c) your reliance on or use of AI-generated Output; (d) your violation of these Terms; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

21. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Arbitration Rules in force at the time of the arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator.

Nothing in this clause prevents MeetWithMe.ai from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for the protection of its intellectual property or confidential information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MeetWithMe.ai retains the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction.

22. Geographic Restrictions

The Service is controlled and operated from Singapore. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all locations or that its use is lawful in all jurisdictions. If you access or use the Service from outside Singapore, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

23. Force Majeure

MeetWithMe.ai shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Service to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, power or internet outages, failures of Third-Party Services, or other events outside MeetWithMe.ai's reasonable control.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

25. Miscellaneous

These Terms and other related legal policies on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and MeetWithMe.ai regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
