How to Add, Use, and Remove the Zoom Integration

This guide walks you through connecting Zoom to MeetWithMe (MWM), using it for meetings, and disconnecting it anytime.

Add (Connect) Zoom to MeetWithMe

• Sign in to your MeetWithMe account.
• Go to General Configuration.
• Find “Platform you would like to meet?”
• Click Zoom.
• You’ll be redirected to Zoom. Click Approve to allow access.

What happens next:
You’ll return to MeetWithMe and Zoom will show as Connected.

Use Zoom for Meetings

Once Zoom is connected:

• In General Configuration, make sure Zoom is selected.
• Guests can now book meetings with Zoom links.
• MeetWithMe automatically creates the Zoom meeting and emails the link to your guest.

Note: Guests do not need a Zoom account to receive the link.

Remove (Disconnect) Zoom

You can disconnect Zoom anytime:

• Go to General Configuration.
• Click “Disconnect your Zoom account here.”
• You’ll be taken to Settings → Profile.
• Click Disconnect Zoom and confirm.

What happens next:
Zoom will be disconnected, and MeetWithMe will stop creating Zoom links until you reconnect.

Troubleshooting

I don’t see Zoom as an option.
Make sure Zoom is connected first, then return to General Configuration.

I clicked Zoom but got a “Reconnect” message.
Your Zoom access may have expired or been revoked. Click Reconnect Zoom to restore access.
