Why my assistant is unable to see my calendar and suddenly stop working for my guest

This happens when the host’s calendar connection is disconnected, which prevents MeetWithMe.AI from reading the host’s availability. Calendar providers like Google use security permissions to allow thirdparty tools to access calendars. These permissions can be revoked automatically due to extended inactivity, password changes, account security resets, or providerinitiated security checks. When this happens, the AI can no longer see the host’s calendar, so it cannot suggest or confirm times for guests.

This is a normal security behaviour controlled by the calendar provider, not a fault with MeetWithMe.AI. Reconnecting the host’s calendar restores access immediately.
