Tips to manage your booking links

When using, for example, Calendly or Cal.com, each event link you create requires you to first set a schedule that guests can choose from, then define the meeting duration, and so on.
Imagine that for some guests you’d like to meet online for 30 or 60 minutes, while for others you’d prefer to meet offline — you would need dozens of clicks before you could even create two links. If you also want 45- or 90-minute options, and for some guests the option to book offline, the setup effort multiplies.
By offering all permutations and their booking links upfront, if, for example, you want only offline meetings in the morning and online meetings in the afternoon, all you need to do is configure the schedule accordingly. In terms of duration, all meeting-length options are pre-populated.
This makes it much easier to get started immediately, instead of spending hours creating multiple links. Instead, we let you favourite the links you use most frequently so you can easily find the one you need, without the chore of creating every permutation.
Click the star button and the link will be bolded, allowing you to quickly spot the links you use most often. Another tip is to paste the URLs you frequently use into your browser and save them as bookmarks or favourites.
