I have issue connecting my Microsoft Teams account

The primary reason you may encounter connection issues with third-party tools like Calendly, Google Calendar or us is that you are using a Personal Microsoft Account. These integrations rely on the Microsoft Graph API to automatically generate unique meeting links and sync data. Unfortunately, Microsoft restricts the specific "Online Meeting" permissions within this API to Business and Education licenses only. Because personal accounts lack the necessary API permissions to authorize external apps, you cannot "connect" them in the traditional sense. To bypass this, you must manually paste your Personal Meeting Link into the “Notes in event's descriptions" field under the General configuration tab.

Another common point of failure is an Application Mismatch. Microsoft maintains two distinct versions of its software: Teams for Work/School and Teams for Home (Personal). If you attempt to sign into the "Work/School" application with a personal email address, the system will report that the account does not exist or is unsupported. To resolve this, ensure you are using the right version. If you continue to experience "Login Loops" or authentication errors, it is likely due to Cached Credential Conflicts from previous sessions. Clearing your local app data or logging in via a private/incognito browser window usually bypasses these handshake errors and restores access.
